With over 20 years of experience in the sector, he has held leadership roles spanning sales, strategic planning, and operations, and now focuses on strengthening performance, management discipline, and continuous improvement across the organization. Jason is also deeply committed to his community and has supported a range of regional economic development initiatives over many years.
